Football season may still be months away, but the Alpine Bucks are already getting back to work. Alpine’s 7-on-7 football team will officially begin its 2026 summer season on Friday, June 5, in Abilene.

Football season may still be months away, but in Alpine, the Fightin’ Bucks do not wait until August to start slinging the ball around. Alpine’s 7-on-7 football squad is expected to begin another summer run this week, giving Bucks players a chance to sharpen their timing, build chemistry, and keep football momentum alive before the Friday night lights return in the fall.
