Body July 23-August 2 (Tuesdays) Summer Reading Program, 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Alpine Public Library for ages 6-12. Each session begins with 30 minutes of playful exercise followed by a popsicle break followed by themed reading and activities.

Body May 7-11 Dark Sky Week at McDonald Observatory, Celebrating the famous dark skies of Far West Texas, programming to include special access tours, astrophotography workshops, science lectures, and a film screening.

Body March 29 Friday Night Lights Jackpot, 6 p.m. Sul Ross SALE Arena including barrel racing, breakaway roping, and team roping. All entries are cash only. NIRA rules in all events except for youth breakaway.

Body March 14-16 Overland Trail Museum Spring Break, extended hours for Spring Break are 1-5 p.m. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. We will also have these extended hours the following week, March 21-23. Donations are suggested. Adults $5 and children under 12 $2.
