Onions offer a myriad of benefits

Body
The history of the onion is thought by some archeologists to date back as far as prehistoric times. Long before the written word or farming, wild onions were thought to have been a food source for early humans. Most researchers believe cultivation of onions began around 5,000 years ago. They are thought to have been one of the earliest cultivated crops because they are easily transported and grow in most any soil.

Geronimo and the Buffalo Soldiers

Body
Recently I rewatched the movie “Geronimo: An American Legend” on one of the TV movie channels. While it seems a fair depiction of the events leading up to the final surrender of Geronimo, at no point was there mention of the role of the 10th Cavalry Buffalo Soldiers.
