Body The Brewster County Commissioner’s Court held its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, June 11. In the absence of Brewster County Judge Greg Henington, the meeting was conducted by Pct. 3 Commissioner Ruben Ortega.

Body This year’s 46th Annual Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association All-Star game is set for this coming Saturday, June 15 in Round Rock. The game will be played at Dell Diamond, home of the Round Rock Express, an affiliate of the Texas Rangers.

Body The Alpine Cowboys, a powerhouse in the Pecos League, maintained their impressive winning streak, racking up victories against the Austin Weirdos and Roswell Invaders before experiencing their first taste of defeat in a hardfought series against the Garden City Wind.
