I’ve recently noticed a few State Flags being displayed with “Proud Democrat” printed on them. I couldn’t help but wonder what was it that makes these folks so proud. Might it be an elimination of U.S. energy independence causing high gas prices?

Alpine Humane Society Pets of the Week are kittens! The shelter currently has more than eight kittens like Edgar. Kittens are always best adopted in pairs and Edgar has siblings who are just as cute and charming as he is.

Boquillas port of entry moves to summer hours

The Boquillas port of entry, located within the boundaries of Big Bend National Park will begin their summer hours starting on May 1. This port of entry provides access to the town of Boquillas, Coahuila, Mexico, as well as other protected areas within Mexico such as Maderas del Carmen and Ocampo.
