Seek the truth As much as I appreciate the humor in Biden’s handlers shout out to Leni Riefenstahl aficionados, what I didn’t appreciate about this speech was the attempt to turn one group of people against another. That’s destructive of a good society.

There is no better time than now to be an Alpine Resident. Our city is on the cusp of some positive changes. More residents than ever are voicing their concerns, opinions, ideas, and solutions to the challenges ahead of us. City officials and the City Council are encouraging increased input from residents, and are adding additional layers of transparency to those that have been established for some time now.

There are also dedicated weeks for national recognition, such as National Public Servants Week, National Telecommunicators Week, National Public Works Week, Professional Municipal Clerks Week, and many more.

World conditions Prior to 2020 our world conditions were improving as wars were being contained, global poverty was reduced, clean air and water increased, life expectancy was higher, child mortality was reduced, climate related deaths were lower, illiteracy was reduced, and U.S. borders were in a more controllable state.
