Body Robert “Bob” Garland Sims, 78, passed away peacefully on July 17 surrounded by family at his home in Harper. He was born to Robert Walker and Pauline Sims on January 7, 1946, in Alpine.

Body Edward Ronald Marcin, of Austin, died Tuesday, June 18 at the age of 93. Ed was born in Chicago, Illinois, on July 30, 1930, to Edward L.

Body Jose Luis Dutchover, Jr. aged 71, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his children on July 2 in New Mexico.

Body Anita O. Losoya, born on August 28, 1945, in Alpine, bid farewell to this world on June 6 in Houston. Anita earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Sul Ross State University. She continued to broaden her horizons by enrolling in business courses, postgraduation.

Body Paul Loeffler passed away on July 3 in Alpine. Paul was born to Victor and Cayloma Loeffler in Kerrville on September 13, 1956. Paul grew up in Junction learning many life lessons working in the family business, Loeffler Motor Company, and on the Loeffler Ranch.

Body Grady Lee Stringer, Jr. passed away June 20 in Kerrville after a lengthy battle with cancer. Grady was born April 8, 1956, in Borger to Grady Lee Stringer, Sr. and Leatrice Graham. Grady grew up in Odessa and graduated from Odessa High School in 1974.

Body It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Peter “Pete” Woodruff on July 1 in Alpine. Pete was born October 4, 1960, in Alpine to Anna Gene and Guy C. “Woody” Woodruff and returned permanently to live in Alpine as an adult around 2015.

Body Carolyn Marie Perdue, 77, of Alpine went to be with her Lord and Savior on the morning of June 17 in San Antonio after a lengthy illness. Carolyn was a loving mother and wore many hats. She managed several businesses during her working career for local businesses including J.C.

Body It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joe Luis Natera, Sr., on June 29 after a courageous battle with illness. He was born in Alpine on March 4, 1951, to the late Saturnino Natera, Sr. and Victoria Natera.
