Roslyn Malloy Kerley, 35, passed away on January 26, 2026, in Fort Davis. She was born on November 30, 1990, at Midland Memorial Hospital in Midland, Texas, to Don and Susan Kerley.
Malloy grew up in Fort Davis, where she graduated from Fort Davis High School in 2009. A talented athlete, she went on to attend Cornell College on a golf scholarship. Throughout her life, Malloy had a strong work ethic and was deeply connected to both the land and her family’s roots.
She worked as a landscaper for Magnolia Farms and also helped run her family’s cotton ginning business as a proud sixthgeneration member. She spent the last two summers working at Devil’s Tower in Wyoming where she embraced the landscape and the community around her.
Malloy had a creative spirit and a warm heart. She enjoyed cooking, creating art, and working with plants, and she was an enthusiastic fan of women’s professional soccer. She will be remembered for her adventurous nature, her kindness, and her love of the outdoors.
Malloy is survived by her parents, Don and Susan Kerley; her brother, Kyle, and sister-in-law, Brittany; her nephew, Cole; grandmother, Rosa Leake; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.
