Jesus Loves Me This I Know for the Bible Tells Me So.

Bunny believed in Jesus wholeheartedly and loved sharing Jesus with others during her time on this earth. On January 17, Charlene “Bunny” West departed her earthly temporary home after a brief illness and is in glory with the One who loves her the most.

Bunny was born February 23, 1946, to her loving parents, Mary Cerepak and Stanley Torba in Youngstown, Ohio. Bunny grew up in Struthers, graduated from Struthers High School, lived in several locations in Nevada and Texas, and then took up residency for many years in Alpine, where she coowned and worked in a lumberyard. In her later years, Bunny enjoyed getting together with friends and neighbors. Bunny spent most of her time the last five years as a loving caretaker to her friend Helen.

Bunny was the younger sister to Joann Howley and her late husband Eugene Howley. She was a sweet aunt to Cindy (Drew) Decker, John (Janet) Howley, Debbie (Frank “Sparkie”) Mintern; great-aunt to Ty (Caisha) Mintern, Caitlin (Ryan) Dean, and Nick (Bianca) Mintern, and Kyli Decker; and greatgreat- aunt to Hudson, Paisley, Liam, Aria, and Rosalina. We love you, Aunt Bunny.

Bunny was a beautiful soul who loved the Lord and will be remembered for her kindness, compassion, and devotion to others.

There will be no service, but a celebration of life will be planned at a later date.

Online condolences may be left at www.alpinememorialfuneral-home. com and services have been entrusted to Alpine Memorial Funeral Home.
