November 30, 1961 – December 10, 2021 Carole Dee Bow, lovingly known as Dee, passed away on Friday, December 10, 2021, at the age of 60. Dee was a cherished member of the Alpine, Texas, community, where she dedicated her life to her family and her passion for ranching.

Born in Austin, Texas, on November 30, 1961, Dee was the daughter of Carole Newberry Roberson and Richard Roberson. She spent her formative years in Austin, attending Casis Elementary, O’Henry Junior High, and Stephen F. Austin High School. She later pursued her love of ranching by earning a degree

in Ranch Management from Texas Tech University.

A fourth-generation rancher, Dee had an unparalleled connection to the land and livestock. Her deep love for cattle and all aspects of ranch life was evident in every part of her being. Her dedication to the ranching lifestyle was not just a profession but a calling that brought her great joy and fulfillment.

Dee is remembered for her vibrant spirit, kind heart, and unwavering commitment to her family, friends, and community. Her laughter, wisdom, and generosity touched the lives of many, leaving a lasting legacy that will be cherished by all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Dee’s memory to a charity close to her heart, ensuring her legacy continues to make a difference.

Dee Bow’s life was a testament to the resilience of spirit, her love for the land, and the joy of sharing life with those you hold dear. She will be profoundly missed but forever remembered in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.
