Nelda A. Gallego, 66, passed away on Feb. 19, 2022, at St. David’s North Austin Medical Center in Austin, Texas. She was born June 21, 1955, in Alpine, Texas, the daughter of Santiago and Olga Gallego. She graduated from Alpine High School, class of 1973. Following graduation Nelda married Juan Llanez, and was the loving mother of Jay Llanez Aguirre and Johnny Llanez. She worked as administration assistant for the Depart-ment of Behavioral and Social Sciences at Sul Ross State University for over four decades.

Ben Krauskopf, Jr., also known as “Junior” to man), age 57, of Del Rio, Texas, passed away on June 10, 2022, in San Angelo, Texas, after a courageous battle with ALS. Ben was born in Fort Worth, Texas, to Bennie and Joan Krauskopf on Nov.

Antonio “Tony” Munoz Pacheco of Marfa, Texas, passed away on June 9, 2022, in Marfa, Texas. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m.

On May 27, 2022, with her beloved children by her side, Gloria Luna Chavira, 76, of Marfa, Texas, closed her eyes to her earthly home, and opened them to a glorious homecoming. Gloria was born on Feb.

Robert John Glasscock, 75, passed away at the William R. Courtney Texas State Veterans Home in Temple, Texas, on May 30. Robert was born on Dec. 21, 1946, in El Paso, Texas. He was the son of James W. Glasscock and Jean Epperson Glasscock.
