Happy Independence Day
The United States of America will celebrate Independence Day on July 4th. This day reminds us of everything this great nation stands for. Our freedom and independence comes with the responsibility to be grateful for all that we have and are allowed to do.
At Alpine ISD we are moving forward with plans for the new school year. Our construction process is moving along and, as with most renovation projects, our plans have been revised somewhat. We will be fixing some structural issues on the existing band hall, gyms, and shops. These issues were found during the demolition phase of our project, and we are using this as an opportunity to make our facilities better and safer.
Outstanding individuals who work tirelessly in their administrative roles lead all three campuses at Alpine ISD. Along with the teachers and support staff, our teams are looking forward to the students returning and starting the new school year. We know the first day of school will be here quickly, and we are ensuring that no time is wasted in our preparations. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve the students and community of Alpine.
I hope you are enjoying the rain and beautiful weather. I wish you the best during these summer months.
Go Bucks!
