Neighborhood peace would be disrupted

Body
My family has been in Alpine for over 100 years. I was born in Alpine while my family was living in a little house on Murphy Street. My family has been here for three generations. I live on the south side, and I am concerned about the proposed Chisos Brewery being built on Murphy Street. This large two-story building will not blend in and will bring traffic to our neighborhood. This neighborhood is a quiet, peaceful place, of old people and families.
