The Alpine Baseball League top sellers were Monica Salmon who sold 61 items, and Dario Lujan who sold 63 items in the league’s recent fundraiser. The league expressed thanks to coaches, parents, player, and the community for supporting the fundraiser, which brought in profits of $7,560.

June 20, 1991

J.R. Bumpas, president of the Alpine Lions Club, presents a check for $160 to Stephanie Haynes of the Alpine Substance Abuse Prevention group. Each year a group of junior high and senior high school students are sponsored by local groups and individuals to attend these programs at college campuses in Texas.
