Body Funeral services for Oran Marshall Duncan, 52, of Denver City, Texas, were held April 22, 2022, in the First Baptist Church with Dr. Marty Akins officiating. Interment followed in the Denver City Memorial Park with services under the direction of Ratliff Funeral Home.

Body Charles Wade Smith, fondly known to all as Wade, came into this world on Aug. 13, 1955, and was the second son to Charles and Nan Marie Smith in Edinburg, Texas. On April 5, 2022 he passed away peacefully at the age of 66 in Galveston, Texas.

Body Celia R. Terrazas, 87, of Marathon, Texas, passed away on April 18, 2022, in Odessa, Texas.

Body Reyes Castillo, Jr., aka “Sonny,” was called home peacefully March 23, 2022, in the middle of the night with his wife Linda by his bedside after a courageous and difficult battle with Parkinson’s disease.

Body With the love of her beloved family by her side, Estela C. Madrid, 83, of Marfa, Texas, closed her eyes to her earthly home, and opened them to her heavenly home on April 5, 2022.

Body Today our hearts remain broken as we mourn the loss of our beloved sister Mary Sanchez. Her bright light and big heart were gone way too soon, but we will always remember her warmth, love, and generosity.

Body Steven Charles Schroeder, Sr. left this earth unexpectedly to join Jesus in Heaven on March 14, 2022. Steve was born Dec. 8, 1944, in Lincoln, Neb., to Dot and Wally Schroeder, where Wally was stationed during World War II.

Body Virginia C. Gonzales, former resident of Midland, Texas, and former resident of Alpine, Texas, closed her eyes to her earthly home and opened them to her Heavenly home on June 2, 2019, in Midland with her beloved family by her side. She was 79.

Body Venus Snedecor Travis, 57, of Alpine, Texas, passed away in Glen Rose, Texas, due to seizure complications on March 30, 2022. She was born to Dean and Mary Snedecor in Mineral Wells, Texas, on Aug. 21, 1964.
