Body Parents thinking of vaccinating your children, here is some information from the FDA and CDC, “But we’re never going to learn about how safe this vaccine is unless we start giving it. That’s just the way it goes.”

Body After several conversations with local citizens and business owners, it is clear to me that the Alpine community cannot get the fall 2021 Sul Ross enrollment statistics. This is glaringly obvious because in prior years, those statistics by campus were front page news.

Body Nov. 11 is a day when we honor all our veterans who put on the uniform to protect our way of life, and never asked for a thank you. Many came back injured, and had to adjust to a new way of life. Remember, freedom is not free!

Body On Thursday, Nov. 11, Alpine ISD will honor our veterans at our annual Veterans Day program. This event is one of our most anticipated community gatherings. We take great pride in this opportunity to thank each veteran for everything they have done for our wonderful county.
