Alpine’s downtown has a building being renovated. It’s across Sixth Avenue from the Old Holland Hotel, and it is beautiful!

It would be wonderful if all the buildings would get some updating. Paint the outsides different colors so as to make them more distinctive. Many buildings could also use updating inside too.

This does not need to be done all at once - just a couple per year would suffice. Make Alpine a true tourist destination, a city people would look forward to coming visiting, one that has a clean feel to it.
