Ah, those crisp fall days, cooler temperatures, back to school, getting ready for hayrides and corn mazes…Uh, wait a minute! Classes just started last week, and there are no cooler temperatures in sight, no crisp fall days, and we are definitely not seeing any corn mazes yet!

Big Bend Telecom, LTD., an affiliate of Big Bend Telephone Company (BBT), is pleased to announce that it has entered into a purchase agreement with TDS Telecommunications LLC (TDS) to acquire TDS internet broadband and voice operations in Alpine and Ft. Stockton Texas. The agreement was signed on Monday, August 19, and the transfer is expected to be finalized within the fourth quarter of 2024.
