I’ve tried a few diets. They all have their strengths, but it is easy to become sidetracked in the pursuit of weight loss or just plain eating well. Because, let’s face it, all those delicious “bad foods” are delicious!

AMS band performs at All-Region

On January 24, seven AMS musicians performed in the Texas Region 6 All-Region Band from their earned chairs. These students, pictured with AMS Band Director Marina Azar are Eva Escuder, 7thgrade flute-honor band; Jayceline Vargas- 7th-grade baritone- baritone-symphonic band; Elisia Markin, 8th-grade Flute -honor band; Edison Wu 7th- grade tuba-symphonic band; Brody Warren 7th- grade baritone -symphonic band; David De La O 7thgrade clarinet -symphonic band, and Maximus Cramer 8th- grade Baritone -honor band. These musicians performed in the Crane HS Auditorium. They earned their chairs competing against over 700 students from 19 schools across West Texas.

3 INGREDIENT CARNIVORE CHICKEN NUGGETS

INGREDIENTS One 12-ounce can of chicken or baked or rotisserie chicken One ounce of shredded parmesan cheese One egg DIRECTIONS In a medium bowl, mix all three ingredients until well combined. Form the chicken mix into nuggets by hand, placing them onto parchment paper for a cookie sheet or air fryer.
