WEEK Meet Dahlia! Dahlia was surrendered to the shelter by her owner in mid-April. She was scared and apprehensive about her new situation, but after a few days of the shelter staff working with her to calm her fears, she was more comfortable, and her sweet disposition came to the forefront.
