AHS golf bringing home wins

The AHS golf teams have been traveling around West Texas lately, competing against weather and other golfers in the region. Last week was a good week for AHS golf, with the boys’ JV team taking the win in Marfa, along with an individual spot on the podium by Thaddeus Prieto, as he placed third by shooting 102.

Dear Neil, I have been trying to propagate agarita for years without success. I take cuttings and use the rooting stuff. They grow lots of leaves, but no roots, and the leaves eventually die. What seeds I can gather before the birds beat me to them never sprout. What is the secret?

Primary turnout smashes recent midterm records Nearly 4.5 million Texans voted in the Democratic and Republican primaries, according to The Texas Tribune, surpassing recent turnout numbers. A total of 2.3 million ballots were cast in the Democratic primary and 2.2 million in the Republican primary, marking the first time Democratic turnout was higher since 2020.
