Ingredients: 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 small, diced onion 1 diced green bell pepper 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped or minced 2 pounds of ground beef 2 tablespoons of Italian seasoning 1 tablespoon paprika 2 teaspoons chili powder 1 tsp crushed red pepper Salt and pepper to taste 28 ounces tomato sauce 28 ounces canned diced tomatoes 2 cups of beef broth 2 tablespoons tomato paste 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 2 bay leaves 2 cups dry elbow macaroni (optional) 2 cups freshly shredded cheddar cheese (optional) Directions: Heat olive oil in a heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat.
