Alpine Avalanche.

Dear Neil, we have had this bed of Mexican oregano for 14 years. It was there when we bought our property west of Boerne. It has done well for all those winters. It freezes back most years, and I just trim it to within a few inches of the ground. This year, however, about half of the planting has exhibited very pale leaves with very little flowering. Could this be from too much rain earlier in the summer? Might it just be too old? Time to replace?
