Bringing folks closer to God

True Freedom

Body
This past Sunday, Americans celebrated the independence of the United States of America. The 4th of July has become a day and symbol for celebration for freedom. The question becomes, how free do you feel on July 5th? For many around the world, they are suppressed and imprisoned for their relationship with the Heavenly Father. However, they are freer than most Americans because they have found true freedom in Jesus Christ. The apostle Paul states in Roman 8:35 that: Can anything ever separate us from Christ’s love? Does it mean he no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or hungry, or destitute, or in danger, or threatened with death? 36 (As the Scriptures say, “For your sake we are killed every day; we are being slaughtered like sheep.”) 37 No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us.

I would like to prune it and retrain it, but I don’t know when or how to prune it. Please identify it, and advise me.
