Body February 3,1977 Marine Pvt. First Class Joe L. Valero, son of Mr. and Mrs. Juan A Valero of Alpine, has completed the infantry combat training course at the Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, Calif. A 1976 graduate of Alpine High School, he joined the Marines Corps in July 1976.
