Free CERT and CPR training being offered locally

Today and tomorrow, February 22-23, the City of Alpine and the Alpine Police Department will offer free CPR/AED training along with First Aid training with Narcan for community members interested. The training is being provided by Emergent Air. Although classes were being offered today and tomorrow, all morning sessions are full according to APD Chief of Police Darrell Losoya. Afternoon classes are still available from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. as of press time. Only one class is required for attendance.
