Lady Lobos fall to East Texas Baptist, roll past LeTourneau

Beginning last Thursday and continuing over the weekend, the Sul Ross Lady Lobos met up with East Texas Baptist University (ETBU) in Marshall followed by LeTourneau in Longview. The Thursday evening game did not go the way the Lobos wanted, as they fell to the Tigers 71-80.

Lady Buck’s smart start to the new year

The Lady Bucks have returned to district play with a bang after the Christmas and New Year holiday, winning their home game with the Stanton Buffalos 4331, on January 2, and an away game against the Tornillo Coyotes 80-24, on January 5.

Bucks continue winning streak

So far this year, the Alpine Fightin’ Bucks have brought their best to the district competition. The Bucks defeated the Stanton Buffalos 58-41, and the Tornillo Coyotes by a smashing 71-34.
