One-pot Thai in no time

Body
Sometimes living out here in the “wild west” we all want something a little different than tacos or steak. And while in many places Asian food is hard to come by, if you’re having a craving for it, it may or may not be available. Or so you may think. This recipe for Thai Basil Beef or Pad Gra Prow can easily be made at home and on your table in less than an hour.

Partnerships possible with Alpine ISD

Terlingua’s La Kiva restaurant returns

Body
After the iconic La Kiva Restaurant and Bar’s closure during COVID, the community felt its absence. It was a piece missing from the close-knit landscape, one that is uniquely Terlingua. A new chapter has begun for the location, however, ushered in by the dedicated new owners, Andy, and Mallory Mundy.
