Dedication deserving an extra jewel

Body
Talking with friends last week when the topic of preachers came up got me thinking about them - individuals with rare dedication deserving of an extra jewel in their crowns. God love them, especially those who keep ministering to a faithful few every Sunday in small congregations.

Probably not Ghostbusters, but who knows, they may be able to help us. All kidding aside, suppose you have a water leak, or you see one while driving around? Or imagine that you want to report a pothole, or put in a request for the streets department. Suppose that pothole is on one of our highways such as 118 or 90, or along the one ways. Do you see some trees that need trimming or watering? Who do you call regarding a utility bill?
