Christmas at the Preserve, 8 a.m.-4 p.m., The Nature Conservancy’s Davis Mountains Preserve, 25 miles northwest of Fort Davis on Highway 118. 9 a.m., James King will lead an interpretive hike and at 2 p.m., the Marfa High School Band, under the direction of Zach Buie, will perform holiday music at the McIvor Conservation Center.
