Now that we’ve worked our way through the smash burgers, hot dogs, and barbecue in our backyard feasts for the masses, it’s time to talk tacos. Out here in Far West Texas, there’s one legendary way to feed a crowd that’s often overlooked- maybe even a little intimidating to newcomers, but locals know the deal.

Begin by cooking a package (or more, depending on how many you plan to feed) of diced bacon, then add in chorizo, ham, and weenies. Add in thinly sliced beef (flank steak works great), along with pork loin.
