In February 1970, Johnny Cash released a song titled “What is Truth.” The song was generally labeled a protest song, in that Cash had unexpectedly performed the song for President Nixon at the White House in the heat of the Vietnam War. But if you’re familiar with the life of Cash, the song’s title alone prompts consideration beyond worldly things.

City holds budget workshops
